Hawaii & Alaska: Unless otherwise requested, items are shipped either 1st class or parcel post via the USPS by 1-3 days of cleared payment with cost depending on total package weight and buyer location. Please allow up to 9 days for delivery. Canada: Unless otherwise requested, items are shipped 1-3 days of cleared payment using the most economical method which is either by USPS 1st class international (up to 3lbs) or UPS standard. Returns are conditionally accepted for refund of PURCHASE PRICE ONLY. You must return within 14 days from the time your purchase is delivered. Items must be returned in the same condition for full refund. Items not returned within 14 day of delivery or not returned in the same condition as received will be returned to sender.

Items not received within 28 days are deemed lost and a full refund will be issued. If items are damaged in the mail, notify us immediately. Save the damaged item along with its mailing container including the wrapping, packaging, and any other contents that were received. Failure to do so may result in denial of the claim.
